In this action under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634 (1982 & Supp. V 1987), Euna Fay Blake appeals the district court’s order granting J.C. Penney Co., Inc. (JCPenney) judgment n.o.v. or, in the alternative, a new trial and assessing costs against her.
