The original bill proceeds upon the ground that the defendant, wife, had, in the lifetime of the intestate, her father, received from him, various sums of money, or loans, which she had not fully repaid, and the orator, as administrator, brings the bill to have the balance due ascertained, and made a charge upon the wife’s real and personal property, that it may be available to him in the payment of the debts proved against the estate.
