Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Erie County (Diane Y. Devlin, J.), entered February 23, 2011 in a personal injury action. The judgment, among other things, dismissed plaintiffs’ complaint.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs.
