People v. Fentress

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Kooper, J.), rendered March 3, 1982, convicting him of murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the *792second degree, after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress certain statements made by him to law enforcement officials during the period of July 16, 1980, to July 28, 1980.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
