MEMORANDUM
MORTON, District Judge.
This matter came on for trial on July 2, 1973, before this Court. The evidence submitted is documentary and no witnesses testified. The complainant Union seeks to compel arbitration of future contract terms and of a grievance which was filed on November 13, 1973, over contract interpretation. The respondent Company contends that there is no jurisdiction in the Court, that arbitration of future terms is contrary to our national labor policy, and alternatively, that the collective bargaining agreement expired on December 31, 1972, and as a result the Company is…
