MEMORANDUM

WISEMAN, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Division 1235, Amalgamated Transit Union (hereinafter referred to as “Union”) filed its cause of action in this Court against the defendants, Metropolitan Transit Authority (hereinafter referred to as “MTA”); ATE Management and Service Company (ATE), and Transportation Management of Tennessee (TMT). In its complaint the Union sought to compel the defendants to proceed to binding arbitration of the disputed terms of a new collective bargaining agreement which the parties have failed to negotiate.
