Before the Court is a case of first impression for this District. Defendants Harvey A. Bookstein, a California Accountancy Corporation, Harvey A. Bookstein, an individual, HAR-Airport, LLC, HAR-San Jacinto Partners, LLC, HAR-Bronson Diversified, LLC, and HAR-SJS Partner, LCC’s (the “Bookstein Defendants”) filed this Motion for Withdrawal of the Reference with Regard to Adversary Proceeding, asking this Court to interpret the Supreme Court’s recent decision in Stern v.
