In January 1988, appellant was tried by general court-martial for sodomy, assault consummated by a battery upon his wife, indecent assault, indecent acts, and taking indecent liberties with a child in violation of Articles 125,128, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 925, 928, and 934 (1982) [hereinafter UCMJ].
