MEMORANDUM OPINION

Donald McCorkle (“Plaintiff’ or “Debtor”) commenced two adversary proceedings to determine the extent of certain tax liens held by the State of Georgia and the United States Internal Revenue Service (collectively, “Defendants”). The parties have stipulated that the sole issue remaining to be determined in each adversary proceeding is whether Defendants may renew their tax liens post-discharge.
