The Minneapolis Electro-Matrix Company is a Minnesota corporation, of which the plaintiff, and the several individual defendants who have answered in this action,-are the stockholders and directors. The American Electro-Matrix Company is a foreign corporation, organized and existing under the general laws of the state of New Jersey.
