Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree. His contention that the evidence is legally insufficient to support the conviction is unpreserved for review. Defendant failed to raise that contention in his trial motion to dismiss (see, CPL 470.05 [2]; People v Gray, 86 NY2d 10).
