For an understanding of this case, it is necessary to give a synopsis of the pleadings.
The complaint alleges, in substance: That respondent, plaintiff below, resided at Mobridge, ioo miles from Aberdeen, and was not familiar with the value of lots in the latter city. That Draeger Land Company was a partnership composed of C. A. Draeger, Floyd Yeager, and J. W. Daniels.
