Introduction

We hold in this adversary proceeding that the parties entered into a valid, binding, and enforceable settlement agreement which resolves all of the claims in Plaintiffs Amended Complaint filed against each of the named Defendants. In order to understand how the Court arrived at this ruling, however, a detailed explanation of the parties’ relationships with one another is necessary.
