Plaintiffs assert various claims against defendants the Menninger Clinic, Inc., Dr. Edward Eaton, Dr. Joyce Davidson and Dr. Patricia Solbach (“Menninger defendants”) arising from the death of Kenneth Kernke. Plaintiffs advance claims against each of the Menninger defendants for medical malpractice, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment, fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty and wrongful death.
