Defendant, Kimberly Lagowski, appeals from an order of the circuit court which denied her motion to dismiss the summary suspension of her driving privileges. On appeal, she contends the circuit court erred in denying her motion because the hearing she requested was untimely held. This court initially affirmed the circuit court’s decision in an unpublished order. (People v. Lagowski (1st Dist. 1994), No. 1 — 93—1853 (unpublished order under Supreme Court Rule 23).)
