The appellant brought this action to compel re-employment as a permanent teacher and to recover damages for breach of contract, under the original Teachers’ Tenure Law (Acts 1927, ch. 97, p. 259), as it was before the amendment eliminating township schools (Acts 1933, ch. 116, p. 716, § 28-4307 et seq., Burns’ 1933, § 6003 et seq., Baldwin’s 1934). The amended complaint was in one paragraph, to which a demurrer for want of facts was overruled.
