JACKSON, Justice.

Case No. 39,949 is an appeal by customers of Snug Harbor Water and Gas Company which goes to the merits of an order of the Corporation Commission approving the sale of the water system owned by said Company to the Wagoner County Utilities Authority, a trust created by citizens of Wagoner County under the provisions of 60 O.S.1961, Sections 176 to 180, and the provisions of the Oklahoma Trust Act.

Case No. 39,870 is an original proceeding in this court by the trustees of the Authority, in which we are asked to assume ■original jurisdiction for the purpose of enjoining…
