ORDER
W. HOMER DRAKE, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the Motion for Relief from Stay filed by Integ-on Life Insurance Corporation (“Integon”) on April 24, 1991. It is a core proceeding over which the Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(G) (1991). The Court held a hearing on the Motion on April 29, and the parties filed supplemental briefs. Having considered these briefs, the evidence at the hearing, and the record in the case file, the Motion is GRANTED for the reasons set forth below.
