MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
HANNUM, Senior District Judge.
The appellant, Northampton Corporation, has appealed, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a), from an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania granting the motion of the appellee, Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company, to convert the appellant’s case under chapter 11 of the Ban-krupcty Code of 1978 (the Code) to one under chapter 7 of the Code. The issue is that of whether the bankruptcy court erred in concluding that cause existed under 11 U.S.C. § 1112(b) to convert the appellant’s case to one under chapter…
