MEMORANDUM OPINION
JERRY W. VENTERS, Bankruptcy Judge.
On October 8, 2003, this Court Ordered the Missouri Division of Workers’ Compensation (“Division”) and the Missouri Private Sector Individual Self-Insurers Guaranty Corporation (“Guaranty Corporation”) to administer and pay the pre-petition and post-petition workers compensation claims of Wire Rope Corporation of America, Inc. (“Debtor”) The Guaranty Corporation filed an appeal of that Order, and now requests that the Order be stayed pending its appeal.
