Gary Tague appeals the judgment granting the Missouri Private Sector Individual Self-Insurers Guaranty Corporation’s (Guaranty Corporation) 1 Motion to Dismiss. The court dismissed with prejudice Mr. Tague’s action to enforce a settlement agreement between him and Guaranty Corporation for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. In his sole point on appeal, Mr. Tague argues that an action to enforce a settlement agreement is separate from the underlying workers’ compensation claim and that the circuit court does have subject matter jurisdiction.
