MEMORANDUM OPINION

OREN HARRIS, District Judge.

This diversity action involves the right of the Plaintiff, Shannon O’Glee, to recover a commission from the defendant, T. C. Trigg, claimed as a broker’s fee in connection with the sale *123of 4,052 shares of stock in the First State Bank of Crossett, Arkansas, to Jess P. Odom, President of National Investors Life Insurance Company, Little Rock, Arkansas.
