I concur in everything my brothers have said and particularly in the result reached, except insofar as it might be inconsistent with what follows. I do not believe they have gone far enough though, and would have held and directed that the trial courts of this State shall no longer give any special cautionary instruction in rape cases, such as that here given or offered or approved by State v.
