PALMIERI, District Judge.
This is a motion by the respondent Saguenay Terminals, Ltd., a Canadian corporation, to dismiss a libel on the ground of forum non conveniens. The suit arises from a collision at sea on July 13, 1955, off the Island of Trinidad, between the S.S. Sunprincess, a vessel of *828Liberian registry, and the S.S. Geologist, a vessel of British registry. The S.S. Geologist sank with a total loss of its cargo. A number of seamen perished in the disaster. The families of ten of these deceased seamen, all of whom were members of the crew of the S.S. Geologist, are here as libellants.…
