Plaintiff-appellant Paysys International ("Paysys") moved to voluntarily dismiss its case with prejudice pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The district court (Katherine B. Forrest, Judge ) granted that motion on the condition that Paysys pay the defendant-appellees' (collectively, "Atos") attorney's fees. Paysys contends that it was entitled to an opportunity to withdraw its motion rather than acquiesce to the court's terms. We agree. The judgment of the district court is VACATED and the matter is REMANDED to give Paysys that…
