Leo Louis Johnson and his wife, Belva Johnson, appeal the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Anheu-ser-Busch and three individual defendants, contending that the court erred in finding that the Labor Management Relations Act (LMRA) preempted their eight-count complaint.
