REMAND ORDER

FUSTE, District Judge.

This is an action under section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), to review a final determination of the Secretary of Health and Human Services denying plaintiff disability insurance benefits.

Plaintiff, a forty-two year-old male, filed an application for a period of disability and *413for disability insurance benefits on June 14, 1984 alleging an inability to work since January 1, 1982, due to back and mental impairments. Plaintiffs claim was denied at all administrative levels. However, the Appeals Council remanded the case for consideration…
