This cause comes before the Court on the Trustee’s Motion to Strike Seventh Defense and For Summary Judgment on Defendant John E. Thompson’s Counterclaim. The Defendant, John E. Thompson, has filed a Memorandum in Opposition to Plaintiff’s *859Motion to Strike and Motion for Summary-Judgment. The Trustee and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation have filed a Reply Memoranda in response to the Defendant’s Motion in Opposition.
