Complainant, Roy C. Rule, filed this suit against the Brotherhood’s Relief and Compensation Fund, Inc., to recover a total of $i,100 under the terms *22of a written contract in the nature of a certificate of membership in said Brotheirhood. The certificate provides that a member in good standing is, under certain conditions, entitled to $5 per day for each day or days “held out of service”, by his employer, the L & N Railroad Company.
