1. Where the defendant is described in a petition as “the Grand Lodge, Knights of Pythias of Georgia, under the jurisdiction of the Supreme Lodge Knights of Pythias of N. A., S. A., B., A., A., and A.,” a process attached which is directed to “the defendant, Grand Lodge of Knights Pythias of Georgia,” is directed to the defendant named in the petition and is not void as being directed to a different person.
