Pursuant to an agreement executed October 27, 1969, plaintiff and defendant formed a partnership trading and doing business as W. & M. Printing Company. By deed dated October 31, 1969, a tract of real property situated at 1017 South York Street, Mechanicsburg, Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pa., was conveyed to the parties in their relationship as co-partners. As such, the parties owned this property in fee simple absolute as tenants in partnership.
