This is an appeal from an order of the circuit court of Champaign county denying appellant’s motion to open a judgment by confession entered against him on several judgment notes.
The complaint of the appellee was filed on August 9, 1939. Attached to the complaint were six original notes upon which a judgment in the sum of $66,444.50 was based. The complaint alleged and the cognovit admitted there was due on the notes the sum of $33,832 as principal, $29,529.30 interest and $3,383.20 attorney’s fees.
