This suit was brought by appellants, the widow, children, and mother of A. J. Higginbotham, deceased, against the appellee to recover damages for the pecuniary loss sustained by them by the death of said A. J. Higginbotham, which it is alleged was caused by the negligence of appellee’s agents and employés in the operation of one of its trains. The petition alleges, in substance, that the said A. J.
