Two appeals are before us from orders denying defendants’ separate motions for new trials. In these suits Bemis Bro. Bag Company, a foreign corporation, and S. H. Clansin & Company, a domestic corporation, are the respective plaintiffs. Defendants are the members of the state tax commission and the taxing officers of Hen-nepin county. The cases were heard together beloiv and, by reason of the similarity in factual and legal issues involved, have been similarly submitted here.
