HISTORY OF THE CASE

This is an action under Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services. The Secretary denied the claimant’s application for the establishment of a period of disability under Section 216(i) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 416(i), and for disability insurance benefits as provided in Section 223 of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 423.
