WINGATE, District Judge.
Before the court is the motion of defendant Prism Computer Corporation (hereinafter “Prism”) asking this court to dismiss the plaintiffs complaint for lack of in personam jurisdiction pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2) 1 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, or for transfer to a more convenient forum under Title 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a). 2 Pat M.
