'On April Í0, 1937 ¿eon S. Klein entered into a written agreement with defendant for the sale of his retail furniture business in New Kensington, including goodwill and the entire stock of merchandise and equipment, reserving only the cash and accounts receivable. Defendant undertook to pay Klein his cost of the new merchandise on the floor; to pay for other furniture or merchandise at values to be determined by an appraisal, and the original cost of a truck less 25% for each year it had been in use.
