Kelly Diane Edwards was indicted for the offense of intentionally and knowingly attempting to possess a controlled substance by “misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception and subterfuge.” See Tex. Health & Safety Code Ann. § 481.129(a)(5)(A) (West Supp.2015). The jury convicted Appellant of the offense.
