Plaintiff Denise Woods, an African American formerly employed by defendant Newburgh Enlarged City School District as a probationary assistant principal, appeals an award of summary judgment in favor of her past employer and school-district superintendent Dr. Richard Nicholas Johns (collectively, “defendants”).
