BRADFORD, District Judge.
This writ of error was taken by George H. Rogers and John G. Gray to reverse a judgment of the circuit court of the United States for the district of New Jersey on a demurrer to an amended declaration in an action brought by them against the Virginia-Carolina Chemical Company. The declaration is in case for an alleged tort.
