—In an action to recover damages for *626personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Lonschein, J.), dated January 26, 2000, which granted the defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint for failure to comply with General Municipal Law § 50-e (2).
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
