OPINION

STAUBER, Judge.

Appellant challenges the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of MIGA, which denied its request for cover-' age of a workers’ compensation claim after the insurance company that provided the insurance became insolvent, arguing that the district court erred by concluding that claim was not a “covered claim.” We affirm.
