Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of Supreme Court, Kings County (Broomer, J.), rendered July 7, 1987, convicting him of attempted robbery in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The sole issue to be determined on appeal is whether the defendant was denied his constitutional right to a fair and impartial jury by the trial court’s imposition of a time limit of 15 minutes on each attorney’s voir dire of the first jury panel, and 10 minutes each for the second and third jury panels.
