—In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Incorporated Village of Lawrence, made after a hearing, granting Linda Calandrillo’s application for an area variance, the petitioners appeal *334from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Bucaria, J.), entered October 7, 1997, which denied the petition and dismissed the proceeding.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with one bill of costs.
