MEMORANDUM OPINION
DENNIS R. DOW, Bankruptcy Judge.
The matter before the Court in this Chapter 13 proceeding is the motion of Show Me Credit Union (“Show Me”) for relief from the automatic stay to repossess and dispose of a 1997 Ford Taurus securing its claim against the Debtors. Show Me seeks relief from stay on the grounds that the Debtors lack equity in the collateral and it is not necessary to an effective reorganization and for the reason that Show Me is not adequately protected, as it is not receiving post-confirmation payments pursuant to the Debtors’ confirmed Chapter 13 plan.
