CRANDALL, Judge.

Defendant, Marsroub Sahakian, appeals from his judgments of conviction, following a jury trial, of one count of first degree murder, and one count of armed criminal action. Defendant was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole for the murder conviction and to a concurrent three year term for the armed criminal action conviction. Defendant also appeals from the denial of his Rule *18029.15 motion after an evidentiary hearing. We affirm.
