Harold Solomon (“Defendant”) was charged by felony information with forcible *423rape, § 566.030,1 kidnapping, § 565.110, armed criminal action, § 571.015.1, and forcible sodomy, § 566.060. A jury returned a guilty verdict on all four charges, and he was sentenced to consecutive sentences of twenty-five years for forcible rape, ten years for kidnapping, five years for armed criminal action, and twenty-five years for forcible sodomy.
