This is an appeal, pursuant to Rule 4(a)(1)(A), Ala. R.App. P., from an order dismissing a claim for injunctive relief. We reverse and remand.

Westwind Technologies, Inc. ("Westwind"), is the plaintiff in an action pending in the Madison Circuit Court against Aerospace Integration Corporation ("AIC"), B. Rebecca Ulman, Matthew C. Jones, and Frank Deluca. The three individual defendants are all former employees of Westwind who went to work for AIC. Westwind's complaint, as last amended, alleged that the individual defendants had breached "the Nondisclosure, Noncompetition Nonsolicitation…
