MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ALESIA, District Judge.

Before the court are two discovery motions filed by defendants Siemens Industrial Automations, Inc. and Siemens Energy & Automation, Inc. (collectively “Siemens”). These motions are (1) Siemens’ motion to compel compliance with subpoena duces tecum served on a third party, the law firm of Zavislak & Mann and (2) Siemens’ motion to compel Pyramid Controls, Inc.
