Petitioner P.J., mother of E.M., appeals a decision by the Human Services Board denying her an evidentiary hearing under 33 V.S.A. § 4916(h)[1] to expunge her name from the child abuse registry maintained pursuant to 33 V.S.A. § 4916(a).
